Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Parlo, J.), rendered July 21, 1987, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence of 3½ to 7 years’ imprisonment.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by vacating the sentence imposed; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for resentencing.
