Robin Shearer (claimant) has appealed from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), dated October 22, 1975, which adopted and affirmed the referee’s denial of unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to Section 402(b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 (Act), 43 P.S. §802(b) (1). This section provides that “[a]n employe shall be ineligible for compensation for any week ... [i]n which his unemployment is due to voluntarily leaving work without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature....”
