OPINION

CHASE, Justice.

Appellant appeals from an order overruling its plea of privilege in a suit involving the sale of a defective Chevrolet van.

The record reveals three separate orders purporting to overrule appellant’s plea of privilege. The orders are signed on the following dates in 1981: October 22, October 26 and November 12. The first order states that the hearing on the plea was had October 13; the second order states the hearing occurred February 13 and adds the subdivisions of Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 1995 upon which the trial court based its order.
