Putting aside what I wrote in February of this year, I have started anew with Justice Shepard’s opinion in Sullivan I, and tracked through the case down to and including Judge Magnuson’s dismissal order, and beyond into our opinion of May 2, 1989, following the first hearing at which the Court membership was comprised of Justices Bakes, Shepard, Huntley, Johnson, and Judge Towles, sitting Pro Tem.
