1Opinion of the Court

SPINDEN, Presiding Judge.

This lawsuit concerns whether Omaha Property and Casualty Insurance Company is liable for damage to a car involved in a three-car collision in Jefferson City on March 29, 1991. Shelley Megowan Peterson, who did not own the car or have a driver’s license, drove the car into the rear of second car and pushed it into the rear of a thud car. Omaha insured the car under a policy it issued to the car’s owner, Shirley Jacobs. Peterson not only did not have Jacobs’ permission to drive the car, but she believed that Jacobs did not want her to drive the car.
