TITUS, Judge.

Benefits under V.A.M.S. Chapter 287 were denied Robert Bauer by the Division of Workmen’s Compensation, the Industrial Commission of Missouri, and the Circuit Court of Laclede County upon a finding he “did not sustain an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment * * * within the meaning of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, as alleged.” Upon this appeal employee complains the finding “was contrary to all the evidence adduced and there was no credible evidence presented from which such a finding could have been made.” We proceed on the assumption this constitutes an…
