MEMORANDUM OPINION In one of its latest Opinions in this long-running Freedom of Information Act suit, the Court granted summary judgment to Defendant Internal Revenue Service as to almost all of Plaintiff William E. Powell’s claims, but required the Service to conduct a further search for one last IRS form. Having now done so and come up empty, Defendant seeks final judgment here.
