In a proceeding in the circuit court of Edgar county to construe the will of John B. Wood, deceased, the chancellor entered a decree disposing of legacies which had been left to several parties who pre-deceased the testator. From this decree certain heirs-at-law of the testator appealed to the Appellate Court. That court entered judgment reversing the decree in part and remanding the cause. The case is here oncertiorari.
