Bell, Justice.

1. Under the facts of this case, the Court of Appeals, and not the Supreme Court, has jurisdiction of the writ of error. Under the constitution of Georgia, the Supreme Court has jurisdiction “in all cases that involve the construction of the constitution of the State of Georgia or of the United States;” “in all cases in which the constitutionality of any law of the State of Georgia or of the United States is drawn in question; and, until otherwise provided by law, in all cases respecting title to land.” See Code, § 2-3005, where still other classes of cases, not here material,…
