Debtor, Anthony E. Williams (“Williams” or “Debtor”), filed his voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. On May 23, 2007, an Order was entered confirming Debtor’s amended Chapter 13 plan (the “Plan”).
