This is an appeal from the final decree of the court of probate of Conecuh county, rendered on the final settlement of the guardianship of William A. Ashley as guardian of the estate of Mary Sanford Jones, now Mrs. Martin, the wife of Edmund Martin.' The settlement was made by Mrs. M. A. Ashley, the widow and administratrix of the deceased guardian, and she is the party who takes the appeal.
