LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
Ortho Biotech, Inc. (“Ortho”), appeals a judgment in favor of its former employee, Lori Todd, on her claims of sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (1988), and the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Minn.Stat. §§ 363.01 et. seq. (1982). Concluding that Ortho took timely and appropriate action to remedy another employee’s attempted rape of Todd at a national sales meeting, and that such action is á complete defense to her claims under Title VII and the MHRA, we reverse.
