OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Kirk Douglas Byrd, was convicted of the' crime of Robbery with Firearms in the District Court of Tulsa County in Case No. CRF-84-916 and was sentenced to five (5) years imprisonment, and he appeals. We affirm.

Briefly stated the facts are that on January 4, 1984, Jeffery Davis and Alec White-house were inside Davis’ apartment when they heard a knock at the door. Davis answered the door and opened it to let in a woman whom he had recently met, and three men jumped from around the corner and forced their way inside.
