GUIDUGLI, Judge.

Joyce F. Kirk (Kirk) appeals from an opinion and order of the Jefferson Circuit Court entered March 9, 2000, which granted summary judgment in favor of Bernard G. Watts (Watts). We reverse and remand.

As Kirk is appealing from entry of summary judgment in favor of Watts, we must review her appeal under the standard set forth in Steelvest, Inc. v. Scan-steel Service Center, Inc., Ky., 807 S.W.2d 476 (1991).
