This action was commenced in the justice court of W. D. Townsend, justice of the peace in and for Ana-darko, Caddo county, Olla., by the defendants in error, A. J. Morris and Sam L. Wil-hite, law copartners, doing business as Morris & Wilhite, filing two separate actions in said justice court against plaintiff in error, W. L. Smith.
