WALKER, Chief Justice.
This is a workman’s compensation case, with T. O. Sutton & Sons the employer, appellee, George Sexton, the employee, and appellant, Federal Underwriters Exchange, the compensation insurance carrier. The case is before us on appeal from the judgment of the lower court, awarding appel-lee compensation against appellant in a lump sum for total, permanent incapacity. Appellant has prosecuted its appeal on two points.
