Grant, hereinafter referred to as the administratrix; appellant Buckeye Union Insurance Company, surety on the bond of the administratrix, herein after referred to as Buckeye; and appellee The Lorain Natiqnal Bank, the plaintiff below, hereinafter referred to as the appellee or Lorain.
