On the 30th day of April. 1938, the State Industrial Commission entered an award in favor of respondent J. A. Burwell against petitioners, the O. K. Construction Company and the State Insurance Fund. On the 31st day of May, 1938, the O. K. Construction Company and the State. Insurance Fund filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking to review the award. The State Industrial Commission is named as a respondent.
