MEMORANDUM OPINION

H. CLYDE PEARSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on a motion by Wilson Lee and Minnie Dawn Osborne (“Debtors”) to avoid a judgment lien in favor of Dominion Bank, N.A. (“Creditors”). At the Court’s direction, the parties filed a Stipulation of Facts and their respective authorities on the question of lien avoidance, after which the Court took the matter under advisement. On June 21, 1993 the Court entered an Order which avoided the Creditor’s lien entirely, giving its general conclusions for the ruling; the Creditor has timely filed its appeal.
