This case arises from a collision between a car driven by an employee of the defendant, G & M Distributors, Inc. (G & M), and a motorcycle driven by the plaintiff, Brown. The collision occurred at the intersection of Fremont and Henderson streets in Galesburg. G & M’s car was partially in the left eastbound lane of Fremont and partially in the left westbound lane of Fremont while attempting to make a left turn onto Henderson in order to go north.
