MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON DEBTORS’ OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY AND CREDITOR’S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY

The issue before the Court is what claim, if any, remains for payment pursuant to a Chapter 13 plan after a creditor holding an allowed claim arising from the purchase of a vehicle for personal use within the 910 days prior to filing for bankruptcy is granted relief from stay because the vehicle is destroyed post-confirmation and a deficiency remains after application of the insurance proceeds and plan payments to date.
