A collision occurred between an auto truck of plaintiff and a street car of defendant. Plaintiff, alleging that the accident was caused by the negligence of defendant, brought suit for damages; defendant, alleging that the accident was caused by the negligence of plaintiff, interposed a counterclaim for damages.
