This matter came before the Court upon the exceptions of Radio Corporation of America (RCA) and Sperry Rand Corporation (Sperry) to the petition of Sandra & Dennis Fishing Corporation (Sandra & Dennis) impleading them in the above-captioned petition for exoneration from or limitation of liability.
