The appellee sued appellants August 22, 1889, upon the following bond which was duly signed and executed by W. S. Page, G. G. Towles, W. P. Epperson and W. H. Niles: “Know all men by these presents that we, W. S. Page, and G. G. Towles and W. P. Epperson and W. H.
