Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 27, 2011, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause.

Claimant worked for the employer as its Director of Substance Abuse Prevention Services for approximately four years. On December 13, 2010, he tendered a letter of resignation advising the employer that his last day of work would be January 7, 2011 because he was offered a position at another facility.
