Defendant, Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation (OCF), brings this interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 306(a)(2) (155 Ill. 2d R. 306(a)(2)), contending that the Madison County trial court’s denial of its motion for reconsideration of the motion for transfer under the doctrine of forum non conveniens was an abuse of discretion. When this appeal was filed, Clarence Hefner, the deceased, Vías the named plaintiff. Following Clarence Hefner’s death, Scott Hefner was substituted as plaintiff by July 19, 1995, order of this court.
