Anthony Baldwin appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which denied his petition for writ of certiorari of the denial of his motion to suppress and the judgment of sentence entered by the Municipal Court of Philadelphia. After cafeful review, we affirm.
