{¶ 1} This is an appeal from an order dismissing a breach of contract action for want of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff-appellant, National Court Reporters, Inc. ("National"), is an Ohio corporation that contracted with defendant-appellee, Rebecca N. Strandberg and Associates ("Strandberg"), a Maryland law firm, to perform court reporting and litigation support services.
