Appellee filed in the Logan Circuit Court a petition for a writ of mandamus to compel the treasurer of that county to redeem certain county warrants held hy him. 'Interventions were filed by a number of persons holding county warrants, and various questions as to the validity and priority of these warrants have been raised.
