Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent directing, inter alia, petitioners to cease receiving any construction and demolition wastes.

Petitioners are the owners and operators of a construction and demolition waste landfill in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County.
