OPINION

ENSLEN, Chief Judge..

This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification and Motion for Leave to File First Amended Class Action Complaint (“Motion for Leave”). For the reasons which follow, the motions will be granted.

BACKGROUND

This action was first brought under the Truth-in-Lending Act (“TILA”, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.) and the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (“MCPA,” Mich. Comp. Laws § 445.901 et seq.) to recover for statutory violations relating to hidden finance charges allegedly charged by the various fitness center Defendants on consumer contracts…
