The appellant, Auxia Caulder, was formerly the wife] of John Wages. There was born to her as a result of, that union the other five appellants, who are infants; but the mother, after the death of the father, John Wages," married Dallas Caulder, who, at the time, was the father of four children by a former marriage. During the life of John Wages he and his wife purchased a farm in' *576Garrard Comity, consisting of 216 acres, known in this record as the Walden farm, and to which we shall hereafter refer as the Garrard County farm.
