This suit was brought in December, 1928, in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, by the Abie State Bank on its own behalf and that of seyeral hundred other banks, all chartered under the laws of Nebraska, to enjoin the defendants from collecting special assessments under the Bank Guaranty Law of that State.
