This lawsuit finally reached the district court of Eastland county through the regular *137channels after the Industrial Accident Board had entered a final ruling and decision on the claims of A. W. Gilley and wife and Dr. J. \V. Howell against the defendant in error, as compensation insurer under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
