The case before us involves tbe question of jurisdiction of appeals from tbe Probate Court of Sbelby County, wherein claims against tbe decedent’s estate were allowed. Following a bearing upon tbe validity of these claims and their approval by tbe court tbe executrix was granted leave “to appeal to tbe court of her choosing.” She chose to appeal to tbe Circuit Court of Sbel-by County.
