Introduction

This Court denied defendants’ motion to transfer this action on October 30, 1972 and denied defendants’ subsequent motion for entry of security on March 9, 1973. We have received notice as nominal respondent that a petition for a writ of mandamus has been filed and that the respondent has been ordered to file and serve an answer. This Court, as nominal respondent, has also been invited to file and serve an answer. We do not wish to file a formal answer nor to participate in any oral argument.
