(dissenting.) The action was brought pursuant to the authority contained in sections 1781, 1782 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Its object was to compel the defendants, who were trustees and officers of the Spring Valley Hydraulic Gold Company, to account for their official conduct in the management and disposition of the property of the company, and to pay to the company the value of property which they had transferred to other corporations in violation of their official duties.
