*818In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Donoghue, J.), dated November 20, 2006, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

Ioanis Mavroudes (hereinafter the injured plaintiff) was injured in a collision on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway on February 22, 2000.
