WEIER, Judge.

Plaintiff, a minor by his next friend, sues the defendant alleging that he is the illegitimate son of the defendant and that he is dependent upon the defendant for his support, maintenance, education and medical necessities. He further alleges that the issue of paternity was decided by a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Marion County, Indiana, in an action brought by his mother and that such determination is entitled to full faith and credit by the courts of this state.
