¶ 18. Because I conclude that it plainly appears from the face of the motion, all annexed exhibits, and prior proceedings that Haynes is not entitled to any relief, I find that the trial judge got it right when he summarily dismissed Haynes PCR petition without an evidentiary hearing. My learned colleagues conclude that Haynes’s alleged misunderstanding with his attorney concerning the correct interpretation of a “concurrent” sentence somehow vitiates the voluntariness of his plea.
