GUTIERREZ, Judge.
William Earl Dougherty, Jr. appeals from his judgment of conviction, entered after a jury found him guilty of sexual abuse of a minor under the age of sixteen. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The victim in this case and Dougherty’s daughter were friends. One night, when the victim was thirteen years old, she spent the night at Dougherty’s residence. The victim and Dougherty’s daughter slept on a couch and Dougherty slept on the floor next to the couch. During the night, Dougherty touched the victim’s breast and genitalia.
