Defendant appeals an order denying a motion to set aside a default judgment. ORCP 71B. Defendant argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion to set aside, because defendant had established that, as a matter of law, its failure to appear timely was a result of excusable neglect. We find no abuse of discretion and affirm.
