This is an accounting proceeding brought by the executors. The principal dispute arises as to the validity of the exercise of the power of appointment granted by the will of the testator, as donor, to his niece, Anita B. Strawbridge, as donee.
Edward J. Berwind, the testator, died on August 18,1936. His niece died July 20, 1942. She was a resident of Pennsylvania. Her will has been admitted to probate in that State.
