This putative class action is brought by more than thirty named Latino plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) who contend that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division of the Department of Homeland Security (“ICE”) and certain of its agents (collectively, “Defendants”) systematically conducted unconstitutional home raids in 2006 and 2007.
