(After stating the foregoing facts.) In construing this will it is necessary to determine whether the legacies bequeathed by testator are general, specific, or demonstrative legacies. Our Civil Code (1910), § 3902, provides: “Legacies may be either general or specific. A specific legacy is one which operates on property particularly designated.
