MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MORTON DENLOW, United States Magistrate Judge.
This case presents the novel issue of whether the Illinois attorney-client privilege protects communications between a non-employee agent and the corporation’s attorneys, where the agent has express authority to coordinate legal review of contracts and service relationships for the purpose of renegotiating its terms.
