This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals reversing an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Judge Harold B. Jackson, Jr., dismissing the petition of respondent, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District), for review of the Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) denial of respondent’s request for a contested case hear ing under sec. 227.064(1), Stats. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals.
