Relator Director of Revenue filed a petition for a writ of prohibition to require the respondent judge to recall his order granting Casey Price limited driving privileges pursuant to Section 302.809 RSMo.2000. 1 Because we find the judge exceeded his jurisdiction in granting limited driving privileges to Price, our preliminary order in prohibition is made absolute.
