The Plaintiffs brought this collective action for unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., against their employer, Milberger Landscaping, Inc. (Milberger). Both the Plaintiffs and the Defendant have filed motions for summary judgment (Docket Nos. 68 & 70).
