— The plaintiff, Minnesota Loan & Trust Company, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Minnesota, with its principal place of business at Minneapolis, Minnesota. The defendants, Jessie W. Hannan and R. D. M. Turner, are residents of Pottawattamie county, Iowa. On or about the 1st day of November, 1921, the defendant Jessie W. Hannan executed to plaintiff company one hundred and ten notes or bonds aggregating $80,000, with interest coupons attached.
